Digital Products
Since our products are digital (Mobile Apps/In-app purchases), we generally do not offer refunds once the product is downloaded or the premium feature is activated.
Exceptions
A refund may be considered if there is a technical defect in the app that we are unable to resolve within 7-10 business days.
Cancellations
Users can cancel their premium subscriptions at any time through the Google Play Store subscription management settings.
Process
To request a refund, please email us with your transaction ID and the reason for the request.
Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
